Conditions for students arriving for an academic year within the framework of an exchange programme.

Admission within the framework of an exchange programme

Requests for enrolment by students within the framework of exchange agreements must be made by the Department of International Relations of their home institution. The latter will ensure that all students wishing to participate in the exchange programme possess a threshold-level of language competence in the language of the target country. For each institution the maximum number of students to be admitted by the ENSA Paris-Val de Seine will be that mentioned in the agreement between the two institutions party to it.

Administrative Enrolment

Students admitted within the framework of an exchange agreement will be exempted from enrolment fees. For administrative enrolment students will be required to present:

• A valid certificate of Health Insurance
• A photocopy of their identity card or passport for citizens of an E.U. member state. All others will also be required to present a visa.
• A certificate of Personal Liability insurance.
• Three recent passport-type photographs.

Validation of studies

Students admitted within the framework of an international exchange will not be able to re-enrol in France for a second year of Architectural Studies. They will need to apply to their home institution for validation of their studies at the ENSAPVS. Students’ transcripts of course scores will be expressed in local terms as well as in ECTS scores and credits.
